Known History:

Considering Gay Galliard is over 50 years old she is in remarkable condition.  Due in no small part to her previous 3 owners, one of whom owned her for over 40 years.

Apart from a new engine installation in 2004 and a new galley stove, Gay Galliard is believed to be in entirely original condition.

Gay Galliard was sold to her new owners in March 2008, she is now kept on the River Dart.

From 2001 to 2008 she spent her summers moored in Poole harbour, each winter she was kept ashore at the Ridge Wharf Yacht Centre in Wareham. During that time her owners often sailed her across the Channel and down the French coast.

More history will be added shortly.
